What counts as one analysis?
Each time you click "Analyze Scene" in GeoSherlock and receive a result, that counts as one analysis — regardless of the mode used.
Do unused analyses roll over?
No. Analyses reset on the 1st of each month. Top-up packs also expire at month end.
What is a top-up pack?
A one-time purchase of extra analyses valid for the current month. If you run out mid-month, you can buy more without changing your plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. More payment methods coming soon.
